WW1 Centenary

Great War Centenary 2014-2018 website by Paul Reed

Are you working in broadcast media looking for information about the First World War, details of special events or potential contributors for news items or a documentary?

I have a long track record of working in television and radio and in the past twelve years have worked as a consultant and contributor to numerous documentaries about the First World War on BBC1, BBC2, Channel 4 and Channel 5, as well as doing interviews for BBC Radio and BBC News. Series I have worked on include: Meet The Ancestors, Timewatch, Who Do You Think You Are, My Family At War, War Hero in My Family and WW1 Tunnels of Death: The Big Dig. In doing so I have worked with many broadcasters such as Dan Snow, Jeremy Paxman, Chris Tarrant, Kate Silverton, Kirsty Wark, Sophie Raworth and Michael Palin; one interview I did with him for ‘Last Day of WW1’ is below.

If I can help you can contact me at ww1centenary@gmail.com.
